Infrastructure Team Network Management & Monitoring

Good network management means high service quality, availability, and
the ability to control the cost of network ownership.
Network management tasks are both tactical and strategic.
The tactical relate to the response to our current network situations such as
congestion, unacceptable service or even network failure. They include
troubleshooting, configuration, and the adjustment of network traffic

The strategic relate to adequate planning to avoid network
problems. They use information gathered to adjust network operations,
optimize the quality of the network, and manage our facilities to reduce
operational costs where feasible.
The main elements of any network management are the network management
