Please note the following items regarding availability of the SAP R/3 system during December 2007.

1. The SAP R/3 system will be unavailable Saturday, December 15th and Sunday, December 16th due to scheduled maintenance. During this time users cannot log into SAP or Employee Self Service (ESS).
2. The SAP R/3 system will maintain its normal operating hours during the 2007 holiday break. However, limited helpdesk support will be available.

December financial posting will close at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 31, 2007 with month-end report processing and printing scheduled to begin that evening. If you have additional questions about calendar year end processes, please contact the appropriate functional department.

As a reminder, the SAP R/3 system is available 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of the third Sunday of the month when the system will be unavailable from 12:00 AM to approximately 2:00 PM for system maintenance.
