SAP, including Firefly, the new home of Employee Self Service (ESS) will be unavailable during the upgrade. Beginning Thursday, April 10th at 5:00pm you will not have access to SAP R/3. The new version of SAP, ERP 6.0, will be operational the morning of Monday, April 14.
