SAPPHIRE: The Next Wave of SAP Help is Live!
Results from the SAP and SLUGO surveys indicated users do not use SLUGO because it is unfriendly and thus difficult to find information. In response to those comments, SAPPHIRE (SAP Personalized Help in Real Environment) Help was deployed to University of Nebraska SAP users last spring. Deploying SAPPHIRE Help was the first phase in creating a new support tool to provided immediate access to the online documentation and create a one-stop shop for all SAP support materials. Phase two now calls for deployment of SAPPHIRE, the website, and SAPPHIRE Search.
