Pictured: Frank Dolezal
Frank Dolezal is a junior at UNL majoring in Computer Engineering/Network Communication Systems. Frank expects to graduate in December 2003 or May 2004. Frank started work at the CSN HelpDesk in January, 2003 and has rapidly progressed in this position. He likes the combination of technology and customer service that working at the HelpDesk provides. Frank is a member of the UNL Rowing Team as both a coach and competitor. Frank's diligence in resolving Helpdesk issues makes him a valuable addition to the Customer Support Team.

Nick Miller is a UNL student majoring in Management Information Systems working at Varner Hall. Nick is a very busy and involved student, but he does find time to work too. Nick is a member of the Farm House fraternity in the East Campus Neighborhood. Nick helps with hardware, software, sets up sound equipment in the Board Room for Regent meetings, answers user questions and other duties as assigned. Nick can be spotted in Varner Hall hanging power strips moving equipment, creating CD’s and anything else that needs to be done. Nick's determination to complete all tasks in a timely and professional manner makes him an asset to the PC and Server Support Team.

Geoff Putney is a UNL student majoring in Management Information Systems working at Varner Hall. Geoff sets up hardware and installs a variety of different software packages and helps keep all the Varner machines current with all the updates, software and fixes. You can find Geoff under a desk, at a printer, with a laptop, burning a CD, in the wiring closet or anywhere else in Varner Hall. In his spare time, Geoff enjoys LAN parties. Geoff's attention to detail and hard work is an important addition to the PC and Server Support Team.

Michael Pyle is currently attending UNL as a Management Information Systems major and is also a member of the Air Force ROTC. Michael transferred to UNL from Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff. Hired in June of 2002, Michael is a member of the Customer Suport Team, working primarly at the Helpdesk. When not at work or class, Michael enjoys outside activities including: hunting, fishing, outside recreation and being involved in dorm activities. Michael is a valued team member that has rapidly taken on additional responsibilities of his postion.

Dillon Sadofsky is a UNL student majoring in Computer Science working at Nebraska Hall with the PC and Server Support Team. Dillon is a member of Triangle fraternity. Originally from Ashland, Dillon can now be found working on a wide variety of things including updating information for servers, preparing equipment for inventory, setting up new systems for staff. Dillon's upbeat and positive attitude, and willingness to work on a wide variety of projects makes him a valuable team member.

Jesse Temple is a UNL student majoring in Computer Engineering, who has been working in the Operations Services group for the past two years. Jesse is originally from Bennington, Nebraska, and would like to someday work as a Computer Software or Hardware Engineer. Jesse assists in the Computer Operations area monitoring systems, servers, and media requirements. Some of Jesse's interests include Mountain biking and competitive shooting. He is a 6 year Veteran of the US Navy, and has travelled over much of the world. Jesse's commitment and dedication is an enhancement to the Operations Services Team.

Jingfei Xu is a UNL Graduate Student majoring in Computer Science, who has been working in the Operations Services group for the past year. Jingfei is from China, and has her primary degree in Organic Chemistry. She is married and has one son. Jingfei is looking forward to being reunited with her family after graduation in August. Jingfei assists in the Computer Operations area monitoring systems, servers, and media requirements. We consider Jingfei a valuable member of our Team, and wish her well after graduation.
