Randy Goldenstein, Information Access Team
I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with Randy Goldenstein and his work with the University of Nebraska Benefits Web Page. He was very instrumental in developing a Technical Site Map which has helped me communicate the various insurance and retirement benefit summaries and forms to the Webmaster for posting on the Web.
Randy communicates very well with nontechnical individuals and brings technical terminology down to the user's level. He has an excellent grasp of the many benefit nuances and issues that occur in benefits administration. In addition, Randy's quality of work has been outstanding.
