Jefferson figured out how to create a secure SSL connection for the output management web site. He did an excellent job of targeting what the problem was, researching it, and providing an elegant, well thought out, very appropriate solution. Systemware was unable to bring this solution, but through his hard work and tenacity, Jefferson discovered the exact remedy for the problem we were facing. Great work!
